เฝ้าระวังช้างให้ชาวบ้านและสำรวจความเสียหาย

ในช่วงนี้ พืชไร่ที่ชาวบ้านปลูกรอบๆ ป่าซับลังกากำลังอยู่ในระหว่างการเก็บเกี่ยว ช้างมักออกมารบกวนชาวบ้านบ่อยครั้ง เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จึงต้องเฝ้าระวัง และผลักดันช้างให้กลับเข้าป่า เพื่อให้ช้างไม่ออกเดินทางไปไกลมากกว่าเดิม

วันที่13 มกราคม 2568 เฝ้าระวังด้านทิศเหนือ อ.ภักดีชุมพล จ.ชัยภูมิ หน่วยต้นน้ำ พบมีช้างล้มต้นไม้เพื่อข้ามออกนอกรั้วไฟฟ้า

During this period, the crops that the villagers planted around the Sublangka forest were being harvested. Elephants often came out to disturb the villagers. The foundation's field staffs had to keep watch and push the elephants back into the forest so that they would not travel any farther than before.

January 13, 2025, monitoring the northern area of Phakdi Chumphon District, Chaiyaphum Province, the upstream unit found an elephant knocking down a tree to cross over the electric fence.

วันที่ 13 มกราคม 2568 ช้างกลุ่มพังพรธิตา ได้ออกพื้นที่ ม.12 ต.บ่อรัง อ.วิเชียรบุรี จ.เพชรบูรณ์ กินกล้วย และอ้อยของชาวบ้าน หลังจากนั้น เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ค้างคืนเฝ้าระวัง จากการรายงานพบว่าช้างกลุ่มนี้ได้ย้ายไปทางเขารวกแล้ว

On January 13, 2025, the elephant group of Ms. Phornthita went out to the area of Village No. 12, Bor Rang Subdistrict, Wichian Buri District, Phetchabun Province, to eat bananas and sugarcane from villagers. After that, the staffs stayed overnight to keep watch. From the report, it was found that the elephant group had moved to Khao Ruak.

วันที่ 13 มกราคม 2568 เฝ้าระวังและลาดตระเวนร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าหน่วยหนองใหญ่ด้านทิศตะวันออกฝั่งเขาพังเหยเส้นบ้านเทพพนา-ช่องสนามบิน อ.เทพสถิต จ.ชัยภูมิ และได้ค้างคืนเฝ้าระวังที่ช่องตะเคียนที่ช้างชอบขึ้นเขาออกมาทางจุดนี้

On January 13, 2025, we monitored and patrolled together with forest rangers from the Nong Yai Unit on the east side of Khao Phang Heo on the Ban Thepphana-Chong Sanambin route in Thepsathit District, Chaiyaphum Province. We also spent the night monitoring the Takhian Channel where elephants like to climb up the mountain and exit through this point.
