ช้างโขลงพังพรธิตา

เนื่องจากช่วงนี้โขลงพังพรธิตาได้ออกมาทางด้านบ้านวังเชื่อม เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ เจ้าหน้าที่เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา และผู้ใหญ่บ้านวังเชื่อม จึงได้ช่วยกันเฝ้าระวัง ซึ่งช้างมีความฉลาด เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยกันผลักดันก็จะแอบซ่อนหลบในป่า แต่เมื่อเสียงคนเงียบลงก็จะแอบออกมาโดยอ้อมไปอีกทางหนึ่ง ในวันรุ่งขึ้นเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จึงได้เข้าแกะรอยตามจนเจอโขลงอยู่บนสันเขา จึงได้ผลักดันช้างให้เข้าป่าลึก ซึ่งช้างได้เข้าป่าไปทางฝั่งดงตะเคียน

As the herd led by Pang Pornthita had recently ventured out near Ban Wang Chueam, field staff from the foundation, officials from the Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary, and the village headman of Ban Wang Chueam collaborated to monitor the situation. These elephants are intelligent; whenever officials attempted to drive them back, they would hide in the forest, only to sneak out via a different route once the human noise subsided. The following day, foundation field staff tracked the herd and located them on a mountain ridge, subsequently driving them deep into the forest toward the Dong Takhian area.

 

ติดตามผลักดันช้าง 3 ตัว

 คืนวันที่ 27 เช้าวันที่ 28 ก.ค.2569 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีได้รายงานว่า ช้างสีดอสุทัศน์ สีดอโดเรมอน และช้างวัยรุ่นอีก 1 ตัว ได้ออกมาทางด้านบ้านปรางค์เหนือ ม. 7 ต. วังทอง อ.ภักดีชุมพล จ.ชัยภูมิ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิ และเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกาจึงได้ช่วยกันผลักดันให้กลับเข้าป่า

Overnight from July 27 to the morning of July 28, 2026,our Lopburi field staffs reported that three elephants—Sidor Suthat, Sidor Doraemon, and one elephant had come near Ban Prang Nuea (Moo 7, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Phakdi Chumphon District, Chaiyaphum Province). Foundation field staff and forest rangers from the Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary subsequently worked together to drive them back into the forest.

ความคืบหน้าการสร้างแคมป์จุดสกัด

เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้ช่วยกันสร้างห้องน้ำสำหรับแคมป์ใหม่ การสร้างแคมป์ชั่วคราวนี้ จะช่วยให้การเฝ้าระวังช้างด้านวิเชียรบุรีได้สะดวกมากขึ้น

Our field staff in Lopburi Province worked together to build a restroom for the new camp. Establishing this temporary camp will facilitate more effective monitoring of elephants in the Wichian Buri area.

การเฝ้าระวังช้าง

เนื่องจากยังคงมีช้างออกมานอกพื้นที่ในเวลากลางคืน เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี หน่วยต้นน้ำ และที่ประจำหน่วยที่ทำการเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา และเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา ได้เฝ้าระวังช้างในเวลากลางคืนตามจุดเสี่ยงอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากเครือข่ายเฝ้าระวังช้างจากชาวบ้านในพื้นที่อย่างดี 

As elephants continue to venture outside the forest area at night, field staff from the Foundation the  and Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary rangers are maintaining continuous night-time surveillance at high-risk locations, supported by excellent cooperation from the local community's elephant monitoring network.

ดูแลรั้วบ้านโนนสวรรค์

เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติประจำหน่วยหนองใหญ่ ได้ช่วยกันตัดกอไผ่ที่ล้มทับสายลวดรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียง ด้านบ้านโนนสวรรค์ อ.เทพสถิต จ.ชัยภูมิ จนแล้วเสร็จและปล่อยไฟได้ตามปกติ 

Our field staff who stationed at the Nong Yai unit, successfully cleared bamboo clumps that had fallen onto the low-cost electric fence line near Ban Non Sawan, Thep Sathit District, Chaiyaphum Province, allowing the fence to be powered up normally again.

 

พลายพลัง

 เมื่อวันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2569 พลายพลังขอมาเช็กอินใกล้แคมป์ 3 สักหน่อย แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ขอส่งกลับบ้านอย่างนุ่มนวล ก่อนเจ้าตัวจะวิ่งกลับเข้าป่าผ่านลำห้วยแม่กวน สาขาอ่างแม่ยาว

On July 4, 2026, Plai Phalang stopped by for a quick check-in near Camp 3, but our staffs gently escorted him back home; he then ran back into the forest, crossing the Mae Kuan Stream- a tributary of the Mae Yao Reservoir.

ร่วมประชุมเครือข่ายบ้านสะไบนาง

วันที่ 5 กรกฎาคม 2569 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ และเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมของเครือข่ายเฝ้าระวังช้างป่า ซึ่งมีหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ และชาวบ้านมาร่วมประชุม โดยมีเนื้อหาการประชุมเกี่ยวกับการให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับช้าง การเผชิญหน้า การหาของป่า การเฝ้าระวัง การเยียวยาค่าเสียหายและการดูแลรั้วไฟฟ้าร่วมกัน ณ บ้านเนินละคร หมู่12 ต.นาสนุ่น อ.วิเชียรบุรี จ.เพชรบูรณ์

On July 5, 2026, field staff from the foundation and the Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary attended a meeting of the wild elephant monitoring network. The meeting, held at Ban Noen Lakhon (Moo 12, Na Sanun Subdistrict, Wichian Buri District, Phetchabun Province), was attended by local agencies and villagers. Discussions focused on raising awareness and understanding regarding wild elephants, handling encounters, foraging for forest products, monitoring efforts, compensation for damages, and the collaborative maintenance of electric fences.
