ฝั่งเขาพังเหยด้านใต้

คืนวันที่ 14 มกราคม 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามลพบุรีรวมกับเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าหน่วยหนองใหญ่ ลาดตระเวนและนอนค้างเพื่อเฝ้าระวังช้างด้าน บ้านดินเก่า ในรุ่งเช้าสำรวจอีกครั้งพบว่าช้างล้มต้นไม้พาดสายรั้วไฟฟ้าออกมาและกลับเข้าไปแล้ว

On the night of January 14, 2025, Lopburi field staffs, together with Nong Yai rangers, patrolled and slept overnight to watch for elephants at the Old Earthen House. In the morning, they inspected again and found that the elephants had fallen down trees and entangled the electric fence wires before returning.

ใกล้ที่ทำการเขตฯ ฝั่งทิศใต้ของป่าซับลังกา

เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยหนองใหญ่ได้ลงเฝ้าระวังช้างให้ชาวบ้านบ้านวังเชื่อม ต.กุดตาเพชร อ.ลำสนธิ จ.ลพบุรี เมื่อมีการเฝ้าระวังในจุดนี้ พบว่าไม่มีช้างออกมาในคืนนี้

our staffs from the Nong Yai unit went to look out for elephants for villagers in Ban Wang Chueam, Tambon Kut Ta Phet, Amphoe Lam Sonthi, Lop Buri Province. When they looked out at this point, they found that no elephants had come out that night.
