จับสีดอสุทิน

หลังจากที่เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีได้พยายามติดตามสีดอสุทินอยู่หลายวัน ในที่สุดวันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม เจ้าหน้าที่ก็สามารถยิงยาซึมสีดอสุทินได้ และนำโซ่มาล่ามไว้ชั่วคราวบริเวณป่าบ้านเหวนางคำ ต.วังทอง อ.ภักดีชุมพล จ.ชัยภูมิ

After the Foundation's field staff Lopburi province has been trying to follow Sidor Sutin for several days. Finally, on July 22, officers were able to shoot on the suppository. and the chains were temporarily tethered in the forest of Ban Hew Nang Kham, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Phakdi Chumphon District, Chaiyaphum Province.

ลูกดอกยาซึม

โซ่ที่มีน้ำหนักมากต้องช่วยกันลำเลียงหลายคน

เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องใช้ความระมัดระวังเนื่องจากสีดอสุทินที่ดุขึ้นจากพฤติกรรมของช้างป่า

 

พังบัวเงิน

วันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามประจำจังหวัดสกลนคร ได้รายงานว่า ตาด้านซ้ายของพังบัวเงินบอดสนิทแล้ว แม้พังบัวเงินจะอายุมากแต่สุขภาพโดยรวมยังแข็งแรงดี โดยการติดตามครั้งนี้เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามได้นำขนุนไปให้พังบัวเงินกินอีกด้วย

On July 21, 2021, our field staff in Sakon Nakhon Province reported that Pang Bua Ngoen's left eye was completely blind. Even though Pang Bua Ngern is old, her health is still good. By following this time, the field staff brought jackfruit to Pang Bua Ngern to eat as well.

พลายโอเลี้ยง

หลังจากที่ติดตั้งคอร์ล่าให้กับพลายโอเลี้ยงเพื่อติดตามตัวช้างผ่านสัญญาณดาวเทียมแล้วนั้น ทำให้สามารถดูจากมือถือได้ว่าขณะนี้พลายโอเลี้ยงเดินหากินอยู่ในบริเวณเขาพังเหยด้านตะวันออกของป่าซับลังกา

After installing collar to Plai O-Liang to track the elephants via satellite. making it possible to see from the mobile phone that Plai O-Liang is currently wandering around in the east of Sublangka Forest.

 

 

ช้างออกไปยังไร่นา

วันที่ 20 กรกฏาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี และเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยพิทักษ์ป่าต้นน้ำฯ ได้ร่วมกันออกสำรวจความเสียหายหลังจากมีช้างออกไปยังไร่ของลุงบรรจงเมื่อคืน 

โดยเจ้าหน้าที่รายงานว่าได้แบ่งกำลังเป็น 2 กลุ่มเพื่อออกไปเฝ้าระวังช้างให้ชาวบ้านทุกคืนซึ่งช้างได้ออกไปทางด้านที่เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ได้อยู่ ในคืนนี้เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามจะปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการเฝ้าระวังอีกครั้ง

On July 20, 2021, the Foundation's field staff Lopburi Province and ranger of the Upstream Forest Protection Unit surveyed the damage area after an elephant left Uncle Banjong's farm last night.

Our staff reported that they had divided their forces into two groups to monitor the elephants for villagers every night where the elephants had left to the side where the officials were not. Tonight, field operators will adjust their surveillance plans again.

 

พังบัวเงิน

เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดสกลนคร ได้เข้าติดตามพังบัวเงินเป็นระยะ เนื่องจากพังบัวเงินมีอายุมากแล้วจึงผอมลงมาก โดยเจ้าหน้าที่พบพังบัวเงินอาศัยอยู่บริเวณแก้งมดแดง ในป่าอุทยานแห่งชาติภูพาน

Foundation field staff at Sakon Nakhon Province have been following Pang Bua Ngern periodically because Phang Bua Ngern is old and has become very thin. The officials found that Bua Ngern lived in Kang Mod Daeng area in the forest of Phu Phan National Park.

 

ซ่อมแซมจุดสกัด

เมื่อวันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่เขตรักษาพันธ์ุสัตว์ป่าดอยผาเมือง ร่วมกันซ่อมแซมจุดสกัดเพื่อเฝ้าระวังช้างบริเวณจุดสกัดแม่เลียงพัฒนา

On July 17, 2021, the Foundation's field staff, Lampang Province, together with rangers of Doi Pha Mueang Wildlife Sanctuary repair the extraction point to watch out for elephants at the Mae Liang Pattana.

ตัดหญ้า

เมื่อวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ช่วยกันตัดหญ้าที่ขึ้นสูงรอบแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียงบริเวณหลังศูนย์บริการประชาชนขุนตาน

On July 16, 2021, the Foundation's field staff in Lampang province helped mow the tall grass around the electric fence line behind the Khun Tan 's service center.

เฝ้าระวังช้างให้ชาวบ้าน

คืนวันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีได้ออกเฝ้าระวังช้างให้กับชาวบ้าน โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ระหว่างการลาดตระเวนมีการจุดประทัดเป็นระยะ โดยพบว่าในคืนนี้ไม่มีช้างออกมาทางด้านเหวนางคำ

On the night of July 17, 2021, the Foundation's field staff Lopburi province has issued a watch out for elephants for villagers. They were divided into 2 groups. During the patrol, firecrackers were set periodically. It was found that there were no elephants coming out to the Hewa Nang Kham side tonight.

สีดอสุทิน และพลายฉลาด

ช่วงวันที่ 15-17 กรกฎาคม 2564 ที่ผ่านมาเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีได้เฝ้าระวังสีดอสุทิน และพลายฉลาดอย่างต่อเนื่องทุกคืน แต่ช้างค่อนข้างหลบหลีกเก่งและมีทักษะในหนีออกนอกรั้วไฟฟ้า ทำให้มีความเสียหายเกิดขึ้นแก่ไร่นาชาวบ้าน 2-3 รายที่มีที่ดินติดป่าด้านหมู่ที่ 12 ต.วังทอง อ.ภักดีชุมพล จ.ชัยภูมิ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามพร้อมกับเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกาได้เข้าไปตรวจสอบและจะพยายามแก้ไขปัญหาให้ชาวบ้าน

During July 15-17, 2021, the Foundation field staff Lopburi province has been monitoring Sidor Suthin and Plai Chalard every night but the elephant is quite good at maneuvering and has the skills to escape the electric fence. Causing damage to farms, 2-3 villagers whose land is adjacent to the forest at Village No. 12, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Phakdi Chumphon District, Chaiyaphum Province, by our field staff  along with the Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary inspected and will try to solve the problems for the villagers.

ปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมถนน

เมื่อวันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่เขตรักษาพันธ์ุสัตว์ป่าดอยผาเมือง และผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่บ้านลุ่มกลางพร้อมด้วยคณะอบต. ร่วมกันปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมถนนเส้นเทางเข้าหน่วยพิทักษ์ป่าหัวทุ่งเป็นระยะทาง 3.8 กม.

On July 14, 2021, the Foundation's field staff, Lampang Province, together with the staff of Doi Pha Mueang Wildlife Sanctuary and the village headman of Lum Klang Village, along with the Sub-district Administration Organization jointly renovate and repair the road leading to the Hua Thung Forest Protection Unit for a distance of 3.8 km.

บำรุงรักษารั้วไฟฟ้าพอเพียง-หนองใหญ่

วันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี และเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยพิทักษ์ป่าหนองใหญ่ เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา ได้ร่วมกันตัดหญ้าตามแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียงด้านบนของเขาพังเหย และตรวจการทำงานของชุดโซลาเซลล์ที่ปล่อยไฟให้กับรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียง

On July 14, 2021, the Foundation's field staff Lopburi Province and officers of the Nong Yai Forest Protection Unit, Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary cut the grass along the sufficiency electric fence above the mountain. And check the operation of the solar cell set that gives off enough electricity to the fence.

พลายโอเลี้ยง

เย็นวันที่ 11 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี พบพลายโอเลี้ยงหากินแถวถนนในป่าซับลังกาประมาณกิโลเมตรที่ 3-4 โดยพลายโอเลี้ยงมีสุขภาพแข็งแรงดี

On the evening of July 11, 2021, the Foundation's field staff Lopburi Province found Plai O-liang was living in the Sublangka forest road about KM.3-4, Plai O-liang was in good health.

 

ติดตามช้าง

วันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามติดตามรอยช้างต่อเนื่องหลายวันพบว่าขณะนี้สีดอสุทินได้กลับเข้าป่าแล้ว ส่วนพลายฉลาดได้ออกไปนอกพื้นที่เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกาแทน ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องติดตามพลายฉลาดกันต่อไป

On July 6, 2021, our field staff tracked the elephants for several days and found that Sidor Suthin has now returned to the forest. Plai Chalard goes outside Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary instead. which the staffs must continue to follow up.

ติดตามช้าง

เมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง เข้าป่าติดตามช้างพบช้างจำนวน 4 ตัว คือ พังนุ่น พังฝ้าย พังคำดี และพังสุพรรษา บริเวณขุนห้วยแม่ปอน

On July 3, 2021, the Foundation's field staff in Lampang province went into the forest to track elephants and found 4 elephants, Pang Noon, Pangfai, Pang Kham Dee, and Pang Suphansa. at Khun Huai Mae Pon area.

ตัดหญ้ารอบรั้วไฟฟ้า

เมื่อวันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ช่วยกันตัดหญ้าที่ขึ้นสูงตามแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียงช่วงที่ 2 บริเวณป่าดอยเสยใกล้กับแคมป์ 1 (แม่ปอน)

On July 2, 2021, the Foundation's field staff in Lampang province helped to mow the high-rise grass along the sufficiency electric fence-phase 2, in the Doi Saei forest area near Camp 1 (Mae Pon).

ติดตามสีดอสุทิน

คืนวันที่ 2-3 กรกฎาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติร่วมกับหน่วยพิทักษ์ป่าต้นน้ำ เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา ได้ออกตรวจและนอนเฝ้าตามเพิงพักของไร่ชาวบ้านหมู่ 12 ต.วังทอง อ.ภักดีชุมพล จ.ชัยภูมิ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้กระจายออกเฝ้าระวังช้างสีดอสุทินหลายจุด ซึ่งได้พบช้างแต่ไม่สามารถยิงยาซึมได้ทัน 

On the night of July 2-3, 2021, the field staff of the Elephant Reintroduction Foundation together with the Upstream Forest Protection Unit, Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary have inspected and camped in the shelters of villagers in Village No. 12, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Phakdi Chumphon District, Chaiyaphum Province, they watch out for Sidor Suthin, which found the elephant, but was unable to shoot the drug in time.
