คุณแม่พาลูกตัวใหม่มาแจ้งเกิด

 วันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568  เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ จังหวัดลำปาง ได้ยินเสียงช้างใกล้แคมป์ 1 แม่ปอน เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง จึงเข้าตรวจสอบพบว่าเป็นช้างกลุ่มจำนวน 4 ตัว ประกอบด้วย พังนงนุช พังสุพรรษา พลายบรรหาร และลูกช้างเกิดใหม่อีก 1 ตัว เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ คาดว่าลูกช้างเกิดใหม่เป็นลูกของพังสุพรรษา แต่ไม่สามารถระบุได้ว่าลูกช้างนั้นเป็นเพศใด โดยลูกช้างนั้นอายุประมาณ 2 เดือน

On February 24, 2025,our Lampang field staffs heard the sound of elephants near Camp 1 Mae Pon. Field staffs went to investigate and found that it was a group of 4 elephants, consisting of Pang Nongnuch, Pang Suphansa, Plai Banharn, and one newborn baby elephant. Field staffs from the foundation assumed that the newborn baby elephant was Pang Suphansa's child, but could not identify the gender of the baby elephant. The baby elephant was approximately 2 months old.
