ออกลาดตะเวนที่บ้านยางสาว

วันที่ 6 ตุลาคม 2567  เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ประจำลพบุรี (แคมป์ต้นน้ำ) ได้ออกลาดตะเวนเพื่อเฝ้าระวังช้าง ไม่ให้ออกมากินพืชไร่ทางการเกษตรของชาวบ้าน หมู่บ้านไทรงาม ม.8 ต.ยางสาว อ.วิเชียร์ จ.เพชรบูรณ์ จากการเฝ้าระวังไม่พบการเคลื่อนไหวของช้างในช่วงกลางคืน จึงได้เดินสำรวจพื้นที่ละแวกนั้นอีกครั้งในตอนเช้า แต่ก็ไม่พบร่องรอยช้างในละแวกดังกล่าว 

On October 6, 2024, our Lopburi field staff (Upstream Camp) went out to patrol to keep an eye on elephants to prevent them from coming out to eat the agricultural crops of the villagers in Sai Ngam Village, Village No. 8, Yang Sao Subdistrict, Wichian District, Phetchabun Province. From the surveillance, no elephant were found during the night, so they walked to survey the area again in the morning, but no traces of elephants were found in the area.
