ซ่อมรั้วไฟฟ้าพอเพียง

ช่วงวันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2565 ที่ผ่านมา เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีได้ช่วยกันซ่อมแซมรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียงด้านเขาพังเหย ที่พลายฉลาดได้ทำพังไว้หลายจุด โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ค้างคืนอยู่บนเขาเป็นเวลา 3 คืน จึงซ่อมแล้วเสร็จ

During May 11, 2022, the Foundation's field staff Lopburi province has helped to restore a sufficiency electric fence on the side of Pang-Huiy Mountain. that Plai Chalard has destroyed many points. The staffs stayed on the mountain for 3 nights and then the restore was completed.

 

โอเลี้ยงหนีเที่ยวอีกแล้ว

หลังจากที่เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ นำสีดอโอเลี้ยงไปอาศัยที่คอกดูแลช้างกม.7 ไม่นาน สีดอโอเลี้ยงก็แอบหนีออกจากคอกไปอีก โดยขึ้นไปทางเขาพังเหยแล้วออกไปยังเขตติดต่อกับหมู่บ้านหนองใหญ่ เจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้ไปตามกลับมาไว้ที่แคมป์ต้นน้ำตามเดิม

After the Foundation's field staff   brought Sidor O-liang to live at the Km.7 elephant care stall. Soon, Sidor O-liang  escaped from the stall again by going up to Pang-Heuy Mountain and then go out to the area adjacent to the village of Nong Yai. The staff then followed him back to the upstream camp as usual.

ลูกพังเมย์และลูกพังเปิ้ล

วันที่ 9 พ.ค. 2565 ระหว่างออกติดตามช้างเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้พบช้างกลุ่มพังดอกขาว หากินบริเวณกม.2 ป่าซับลังกา และได้สังเกตลูกช้างที่ยังไม่ทราบเพศของพังเมย์และพังเปิ้ล พบว่าลูกของเมย์เป็นเพศเมีย ส่วนลูกของพังเปิ้ลเป็นเพศผู้ มีอายุไล่เลี่ยกันประมาณ 1 ปี 

On May 9, 2022, during our Lopburi field staff tracking elephants in the forest they found Pang Dokkaw's group at Km.2. It was that Pang May's baby is female and Pang Ple's baby is male. They are approximately the same age for about 1 year.

 

เฝ้าระวังช้าง

คืนวันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ไปค้างคืนที่จุดสกัดเพื่อเฝ้าระวังให้กับชาวบ้านที่มีไร่ติดกับชายป่า เนื่องจากพลายฉลาดได้หาช่องทางออกนอกพื้นที่ไปยังไร่ของชาวบ้านเช่นเคย

On May 8, 2022 our Lopburi field staff camped overnight to observe elephant at the villager field near the forest.   

 

ซ่อมแซมรั้วด้านต้นน้ำต่อเนื่อง

วันที่ 5 พฤษภาคม 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าหน่วยต้นน้ำ ได้ช่วยกันซ่อมแซมรั้วด้านต้นน้ำฝั่งตะวันออก โดยฝั่งตะวันตกได้แก้ไขจนแล้วเสร็จ

On May 5, 2022, Foundation field staff Lopburi Province together with the forest rangers of the Upstream Unit have helped to restore the fence on the upstream side of the east.  By the west side of the fence has been modified until it's done.

บำรุงรักษารั้วไฟฟ้า

วันที่ 4 พฤษาคม 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าหน่วยต้นน้ำ ได้ช่วยกันซ่อมแซมรั้วไฟฟ้าด้านทิศเหนือ(ต้นน้ำ) ที่พลายฉลาดได้ทำพังไว้ และนำแบตเตอรี่จำนวน 6 ลูกมาเปลี่ยนของเดิมที่หมดอายุการใช้งาน

On 4 May 2022, the Foundation's field staff Lopburi Province together with the ranger of the Upstream Unit helped to  repair the electric fence on the north side (upstream) that Plai Chalard had broken and bring 6 batteries to replace the old ones that have expired.

 

ส่งมอบแบตเตอรี่รั้วไฟฟ้า

วันที่ 3 พฤษภาคม 2565 มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติได้มอบแบตเตอรี่สำหรับรั้วไฟฟ้าจำนวน 6 ลูกให้แก่คุณอภิชาต ศรียา หัวหน้าเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา เพื่อนำไปติดตั้งที่จุดรั้วไฟฟ้าด้านทิศเหนือทดแทนแบตฯ เดิมที่หมดอายุ

On May 3, 2022, the Elephant Reintroduction Foundation donated 6 electric fence batteries to Khun Apichart Sriya, Chief of Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary to be installed at the electric fence point in the north to replace the expired battery. 

นำสีดอโอเลี้ยงเข้าคอก

วันที่ 2 พฤษภาคม 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้นำสีดอโอเลี้ยงกลับเข้ามาอาศัยอยู่ในคอกดูแลช้างกม.7 เนื่องจากขณะนี้มีน้ำและหญ้ามากพอสำหรับโอเลี้ยงแล้ว

On May 2, 2022, Foundation field staff Lopburi Province brought Sidor O-Lieang back to live in the Km.7 elephant care pen again because now there is more water and grass for him.

พลายฉลาดหนีเที่ยวอีกแล้ว

วันที่ 26 เมษายน 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าหน่วยต้นน้ำ ออกติดตามช้างพลายฉลาดที่ออกมาทางด้านบ้านเหวนางคำ จ.ชัยภูมิ และมากินมะม่วงที่สวนของชาวบ้าน

On April 26, 2022, the Foundation's field staff Lopburi Province together with the rangers of the Upstream Unit track Plai Chalard, the elephants that come out to Ban Hew Nang Kham, Chaiyaphum Province and come to eat mangos at the villagers' garden.

ติดตามช้าง

เมื่อวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ออกติดตามช้างในป่าพบช้างกลุ่มใหญ่จำนวน 11 ตัว คือ พังตุ๊กตา พังสุพรรษา ลูกช้างเกิดใหม่เพศผู้ (ลูกของพังสุพรรษา) สีดอมารวย พังปานดาว พังดาวเสาร์ พังดวงดาว พังดวงใจ พังเพชรา พังหนึ่ง และพังวิด้า หากินอยู่บริเวณห้วยแม่สะป้วด อ.แม่ทา จ.ลำพูน 

On April 20, 2022, the Foundation's field staff in Lampang province tracked elephants in the forest they found a large group of 11 elephants, namely Pang Tukta, Pang Suphansa with her  newborn male elephant, Sidor Maruay, Pang Pandao, Pang Daosou, Pang Dongdao, Pang Dongjai, Pang Phetchara, Pang Nueng, and Pang Vida live in Mae Sapua Creek area, Mae Tha District, Lamphun Province.

ลาดตระเวน

เมื่อวันที่ 17 เมษายน 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ได้ลาดตระเวนตรวจดูช้างบริเวณห้วยแม่สะป้วด อ.แม่ทา จ.ลำพูน พบรอยช้างกลับเข้าไปในป่า จากนั้นได้ร่วมกันสำรวจพื้นที่สำหรับจัดทำแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียงเพื่อป้องกันช้างบริเวณลำห้วยแม่สะป้วด ซึ่งมีระยะทางประมาณ 100 เมตร

On April 17, 2022, the Foundation's field staff in Lampang province patrolled  in Huai Mae Sapua, Mae Tha District, Lamphun Province. They found elephant tracks back into the forest. Then they jointly surveyed the area for a sufficiency electric fence line to protect elephants in the Mae Sapua River area. which has a distance about 100 meters.

รดน้ำดำหัว

เมื่อวันที่ 17 เมษายน 2565 คุณสุบิน จำอินถา ผู้ช่วยเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานสำนักงานจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ - ลำปาง เป็นตัวแทนมูลนิธิฯ รดน้ำดำหัวขอพรจากผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่บ้านแม่ผึ้ง และผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่บ้านแม่เลียงพัฒนา อ.เสริมงาม จ.ลำปาง เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลในการเริ่มต้นปีใหม่ไทยช่วงเทศกาลวันสงกรานต์

On April 17, 2022, Mr. Subin Chamintha, Assistant Coordinator of Chiang Mai - Lampang Office, was a representative of the Foundation performing water pouring  over the elders' hands, headman of Mae Phueng Village. and the village headman of Mae Liang Phatthana Village, Serm Ngam District, Lampang Province for auspiciousness in starting the Thai New Year during the Songkran Festival.

ลาดตระเวนยามค่ำคืน

คืนวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ออกลาดตระเวนด้านทิศเหนือฝั่งตะวันออกของป่าซับลังกาซึ่งเป็นไร่อ้อยและสวนมะม่วงของชาวบ้าน พบว่ามีรอยช้างออกจากป่า และได้ออกตรวจลาดตระเวนมาถึงสวนยางพาราที่มีชาวบ้านออกมากรีดยาง เจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้ให้เบอร์ติดต่อไว้หากพบช้างออกมาในบริเวณนี้

On the night of April 25, 2022, the Foundation's field staff Lopburi Province patrol along the north-east side of Sublangka Forest, which is the villagers' sugarcane and mango plantations. Found elephant trails went out of the forest. Then the staff have patrolled to the rubber plantation where villagers come out to tap rubber. The staff therefore gave them a contact number if they found an elephant in the area.
