ผลักดันช้างกลุ่ม

เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2563 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ได้ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบ และผลักดันช้างกลุ่มจำนวน 6 ตัว ได้แก่ พังเพชรา พังหนึ่ง พังวิด้า พังนงนุช พังสุพรรษา และสีดอไมตรี บริเวณห้วยแม่ผึ้ง ในท้องที่อำเภอเสริมงาม จังหวัดลำปาง

On November 22, 2020, the Foundation field staff, Lampang Province, went to the inspection area. And pushed a group of six elephants, namely, Pang Phetchara, Pang Nhung, Pang Vida, Pang Nongnooch, Pang Suphansa, and Sidor Mitri, around Mae-Phueng creek area in the local area of Serm Ngam District, Lampang Province.

เฝ้าระวังช้าง

วันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2563 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้เฝ้าระวังช้างที่แนวป่าบ้านลำพาส พบว่าช้างพลายฉลาดได้เดินวนเวียนอยู่รอบๆแนวป่า พอเวลาเย็นๆจึงออกมาที่นาข้าวของชาวบ้าน เจ้าหน้าที่จึงต้องมาเฝ้าระวังทางด้านนี้บ่อยขึ้น

On November 21, 2020, Foundation field staff Lopburi Province observed elephants at Ban Lam-Pass forest line found that elephant (Plai Chalard)  wandered around the forest line. When evening comes out to the villagers' rice fields So the staffs have to come to watch over this side more often.

แม่รับตัวที่ 2

เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2563 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ได้นำพังดุมาเทียบกับลูกช้างทับเสลาในคอก พบว่าพังดุและลูกช้างมีพฤติกรรมไม่ตื่นตกใจซึ่งกันและกัน ลูกช้างทับเสลามีท่าทีให้ความสนใจ และอยากใกล้ชิดกับพังดุเป็นพิเศษ 

On November 21, 2020, the Foundation field staff in Lampang Province brought Pang Duh to visit Pang Thap-Salao baby elephant in the pen. Found that Pang Duh and the baby elephant behaved not panic with each other. The baby elephant Pang Thap-Salao showed interest. And want to get closer to Pang Duh.

ย้ายช้าง

เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2563 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ได้ช่วยกันย้ายพังดุจากแคมป์ 1 (แม่ปอน) มายังแคมป์ 2 (แม่ยาว) โดยการเดินเท้าเป็นระยะทางประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร เพื่อนำพังดุมาเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการเป็นแม่รับให้กับลูกช้างทับเสลา

On November 20, 2020, our field staff in Lampang Province helped to move Pang Duh from Camp 1 (Mae Pon) to Camp 2 (Mae Yao) by walking for approximately 3 kilometers .To prepare Pang Duh for being an adoptive mother to the baby elephant Pang Thap-Salao.

พังทีน่าลงเล่นน้ำ

เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2563 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ประจำแคมป์ 2 (แม่ยาว) ได้พาพังทีน่าลงเล่นน้ำเพื่อลดความเครียด บริเวณอ่างเก็บน้ำแม่ยาว

On November 20, 2020, the field staff at Lampang Province, Camp 2 (Mae Yao), took Pang Tina to play in the water to reduce stress at Mae-Yao Reservoir.

พาลูกช้างเล่นน้ำ

วันนี้ (19 พฤศจิกายน 2563) น.สพ.ดร.ทวีโภค  อังควานิช กรรมการมูลนิธิฯ และคุณสุบิน  จำอินถา ผู้ช่วยเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานสำนักงานเชียงใหม่ - ลำปาง พร้อมด้วยว่าที่ร.ต.ฐนพงษ์  ปุรินทราภิบาล หัวหน้าเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าดอยผาเมือง และสพ.ญ.วรางคณา  ลังการ์พินธุ์ สัตวแพททย์ประจำโรงพยาบาลช้าง ศูนย์อนุรักษ์ช้างไทย จ.ลำปาง ร่วมกันหาแนวทางการนำลูกช้างทับเสลาเข้าหาแม่ช้างพังทีน่า และได้พาลูกช้างทับเสลาลงเล่นน้ำอย่างสนุกสนาน บริเวณอ่างเก็บน้ำแม่ยาว

Today (19 November 2020), Dr. Thaveepoke Angkhavanich,DVM, Director of the Foundation and Ms. Subin Chaminta, Assistant Coordinator of the Chiang Mai-Lampang Office, together with Acting Sub Lt.Thanapong Burintrapiban, chief of Doiphamaung Wildlife Sanctuary and Mor Walangkana Lanka Pin,DVM at Elephant Hospital, Thai Elephant Conservation Center, Lampang Province, working together to find a way to bring the baby elephant Pang Thap-Salao towards adoptive mother elephant Pang Tina. And brought the baby elephant over to the water for fun at Mae Yao Reservoir.

ความคืบหน้ารั้วไฟฟ้าด้านวิเชียรบุรี

ขณะนี้ผู้รับเหมาได้ดำเนินการทดลองเปิดกระแสไฟฟ้าจากจุดปางกระจาลงมาถึงบ้านโคกกรวด ระยะทางประมาณ 2.5 กิโลเมตรแล้ว และกำลังดำเนินการก่อสร้างอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยคาดว่าอีก 3 วันจะสามารถปล่อยกระแสไฟฟ้าได้เพิ่มอีก 2.5 กิโลเมตร ซึ่งจะทำให้ได้รั้วไฟฟ้าป้องกันช้างได้ในระยะทาง 5 กิโลเมตร  

At this time, the contractor has been conducting an experiment to turn the electricity from Pang-Kraja down to Ban Khok-Krat, the distance is about 2.5 kilometers and construction is ongoing, with 3 more days expected to be able to release an additional 2.5 kilometers of electricity, which will provide an electric fence to protect the elephants in a distance of 5 kilometers.

พบกันวันที่2

วันนี้ (16 พฤศจิกายน 2563) พล.ต.ต.ชูเกียรติ  ประทีปะเสน รองเลขาธิการมูลนิธิฯ,  รศ.น.สพ.ดร.ฉัตรโชติ  ทิตาราม กรรมการมูลนิธิฯ พร้อมด้วยว่าที่ ร.ต.ฐนพงษ์  ปุรินทราภิบาล หัวหน้าเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าดอยผาเมือง,  คุณอังสนา  มองทรัพย์  นักวิชาการป่าไม้ปฏิบัติการสำนักบริหารพื้นที่อนุรักษ์ที่12 (นครสวรรค์) และสัตวแพทย์ประจำสำนักบริหารพื้นที่อนุรักษ์ที่ 12 เข้าประเมินสถานการณ์ร่วมกันเป็นวันที่สอง โดยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ นำพังทีน่ามาใกล้คอก และนำอุจจาระของพังทีน่าให้ลูกช้างทับเสลากินเพื่อเพิ่มจุลินทรีย์ และปรับสมดุลนิเวศในระบบทางเดินอาหาร พบว่าลูกช้างทับเสลายอมกินอุจจาระของพังทีน่า และได้มีการยื่นงวงสัมผัสกันถือว่าเป็นสัญญาณที่ดีในการยอมรับซึ่งกันและกัน

Today (16 November 2020)Pol.Maj.Gen. Chookiat Prathipasen, Vice Secretary General of The Foundation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatchotitaram, director of the Foundation, Acting Sub Lt.Thanapong Burintrapiban, chief of Doiphamaung Wildlife Sanctuary , Khun Angsana Mongsap, Forest Scholar Conservation Area Administration Office 12 (Nakhon Sawan) and Veterinarians of the Conservation Area Administration 12 jointly assessed the situation for the second day. By allowing bring Pang Tina to the stall and bring Tina's dung to the baby elephant (Pang Thap-Salao) to increase the microbial and balance in the digestive system. ประเมินสถานการณ์

วันนี้ (15 พ.ย.2563) เจ้าหน้าที่ได้นำช้าง "พังทีน่า" มาเทียบกับลูกช้าง โดยขั้นตอนแรกให้เห็นกันอยู่ห่างๆ ก่อนประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง สังเกตุอาการลูกช้างยังกลัวๆ กล้าๆ อยู่ พรุ่งนี้ค่อยนำมาเจอกันใหม่

Today (15 Nov 2020) the officer brought the elephant "Pang Tina" to approach the baby elephant. By the first step to see each other, stay away for about an hour, notice that the baby elephant are still afraid, we will set to see each other again tomorrow.

เฝ้าระวังช้างด้านตะเคียนโพรง Monitoring Elephants

คืนวันที่ 13 พ.ย. 2563 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ได้เฝ้าระวังช้างให้กับชาวบ้านแถบบ้านตะเคียนโพรง ต.ยางสาว อ.วิเชียรบุรี จ.เพชรบูรณ์ ซึ่งในคราวนี้ไม่พบว่ามีช้างออกมาทางด้านนี้แต่อย่างใด 

Our field staffs monitor an elephants which might be out from Takienphong village side, Wichien Province.

 

เฝ้าระวังช้างให้ชาวบ้าน

คืนวันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2563 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้เฝ้าระวังช้างให้กับนาของลุงฉลาก ชาวบ้านที่มีนาข้าวอยู่แนวป่า ขณะที่เฝ้านาอยู่นั้นเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ยินเสียงช้างหักต้นไม้ระหว่างทางที่จะมายังนาข้าว เจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้จุดประทับไล่ให้กลับเข้าป่า แต่ช้างก็ยังไม่กลับเข้าป่าเสียทีเดียว ยังคงเดินไปมาอยู่นอกรั้ว

On the night of November 13, 2020, the Foundation field staff at Lopburi Province observed elephants for Uncle Chalak's field, villagers with rice fields near by the forest line. While guarding the field, the staff heard the sound of an elephant breaking a tree on the way to the rice field. The staff then had the stamping point to chase back into the forest. But the elephants have not yet returned to the forest entirely still walking around outside the fence.

 

ลูกช้าง "ทับเสลา" -"Pang Thap Salao"

เช้าวันเสาร์ที่ 14 พ.ย. 2563 ลูกช้าง"พังทับเสลา" อายุประมาณ 1 ปี ได้เดินทางโดยรถยนต์พร้อมผู้ดูแลจากสถานีเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์ป่าห้วยขาแข้ง ถึงยังเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าดอยผาเมือง เมื่อเวลา 04.30 น. โดยที่พักของลูกช้างอยู่ที่หน่วยพิทักษ์ป่าหัวทุ่ง ในการนี้นายวีระชัย มงคลพันธ์ ผอ.ส่วนอนุรักษ์ป่า ว่าที่ ร.ต.ฐนพงษ์ ปุรินทราภิบาล หัวหน้าเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าดอยผาเมือง พร้อมด้วยพล.ต.ต.ชูเกียรติ ประทีปะเสน รองเลขาธิการมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ และ น.สพ.เพชรธิศักดิ์ สมบัติภูธร และสพ.ญ.วรางคณา ลังการ์พินธุ์  สัตวแพทย์ประจำโรงพยาบาลช้างสถาบันคชบาลแห่งชาติ ร่วมกันตรวจสุขภาพลูกช้าง

โดยในวันแรกลูกช้างมาถึงจะยังไม่ได้พบกับแม่รับ เพราะต้องการให้ลูกช้างคุ้นเคยกับสถานที่ก่อน และพรุ่งนี้จะนำช้างที่ทางมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติจัดเตรียมไว้เข้าเทียบกับลูกช้าง เพื่อประเมินสถานการณ์ถึงความ เป็นไปได้ในการยอมรับซึ่งกันและกันอีกครั้ง

On Saturday morning, November 14, 2020, the baby elephant "Pang Thap Salao" traveled by car with a caretaker from Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Plantation Station. Arrived at Doi Pha Muang Wildlife Sanctuary at 4:30 am, where the baby elephant's accommodation is at Hua-Thung Forest Protection Unit. In this regard, Mr. Weerachai Mongkolphan, Director of the Forest Conservation Division,  Acting Sub Lt.Thanapong Burintrapiban, chief of Doiphamaung Wildlife Sanctuary along with Pol.Maj.Gen. Chookiat Prathipasen, Vice Secretary General of The Foundation, and Mor Petchthisak Sombutphuthon,DVM and Mor Warangkana. Lankapint,DVM, Veterinarian at Elephant Hospital, National Elephant Institute  to check the baby elephant's health.

In the first day, the baby elephant arrives and hasn't met the adoptive mother yet. Because we want the baby elephant to be familiar with the place first. Tomorrow will bring the adoptive elephants to meet the babies to assess the situation that it is possible to accept each other or not.

น้ำนมช้างแม่รับ

น.สพ.ดร.ทวีโภค  อังควานิช กรรมการมูลนิธิฯ ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ตรวจดูน้ำนมพังทีน่า พบมีน้ำนมสีขาวขุ่นไหลออกมาหลังจากให้ยากระตุ้นน้ำนมพังทีน่าอย่างต่อเนื่อง 1 สัปดาห์ 

Mor Thaveepoke Angkhavanich, DVM, Director  of the Foundation Together with the Foundation field staff in Lampang Province to examine Pang Tina's milk, a cloudy, milky was found after 1 week of continuous administration of Pang Tina.
