A lot of young mango trees grow from elephant's dungs in Phu Phan National Park. Many kind of plants have grown along the way that elephants have passed in the forest. ต้นมะม่วงป่าที่ขึ้นจากมูลช้างจากป่าภูพาน : ทำให้เราทราบว่าช้างช่วยกระจายพันธุ์ไม้ต่าง ๆ ให้ทั่วป่าเพื่อเพิ่มความอุดมสมบูรณ์ให้กับป่า

Young elephants in Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary (Pang Duern, Pang Dao, Pang Doremee and Seedor Doremon) are having fun in a dust bath. พังเดือน พังดาว พังโดเรมีและสีดอโดเรมอน กำลังเล่นดินโยนขึ้นหลังกันอย่างสนุกสนาน

Pang Doremee and Seedor Doremon wander through the forest. Two elephants were rehabilitated by releasing in Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary forest. พังโดเรมี(แม่)และสีดอโดเรมอน ช้างสองแม่ลูกที่กำลังทดลองปล่อยอิสระในป่าซับลังกา

Pang Thongkam (Pang Narak's adoptive mother) takes care Pang Narak while she is taking a nap in the morning at 10.00 AM. พังทองคำ(แม่รับ)ยืนเฝ้าดูแลพังน่ารักนอนหลับ : เวลา 10.00 น. แล้วพังน่ารักยังไมตื่นเลยสงสัยเมื่อคืนเที่ยวดึกไปหน่อย

Pang Deejai and Pang Noklea have been living together in Doi Pha Maung forest since they was released to temporary free roaming. พังดีใจและพังนกแล ก็อยู่ด้วยกันไม่ยอมห่าง ขณะนี้ช้างทั้งสองตัว ได้ปรับพฤติกรรมโดยการทดลองปล่อยคืนสู่ป่าแล้ว

4 elephants : Pang Sarah, Pang Pansa, Pang Phetchara and Plai Boriboon wandered around the forest until they came close to the edge of forest. Fortunately, our field staff met them before leaving out to the village and the field staff bring them back to the deep forest again.

Our field staff at Lampang Camp assemble Sala actively. เจ้าหน้าที่กำลังประกอบโครงสร้างศาลาอเนกประสงค์อย่างขะมักเขม้น

Plai Mitri, a young bull elephant who lives with Pang Sunee, sneaked away from his adoptive mother to play with Plai Mumet and Plai Phalang. พลายไมตรีแอบหนีพังสุนีย์มาเที่ยวเล่นกับพลายสุเมธ และพลายพลัง

Our field staff have raised the columns of Sala.

In the rainy season, Pang Namfon enjoys a lot of just budding grasses in the forest, she is happy (see! her plumb body). ช่วงฝนตกทำให้ในป่ามีอาหารอุดมสมบูรณ์ พังน้ำฝนก็กำลังกินอาหารอย่างมีความสุขเช่นกัน

Naughty Elephant : Plai Sumet makes a frighten noise to field staff when they come close to him. พลายสุเมธทำท่าทางเกเรใส่เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนาม ขณะที่กำลังจะเข้าไปหา

พลายไมตรี หลังจากที่ลงกินน้ำบริเวณริมอ่างเก็บน้ำแม่ยาวแล้ว ก็ขึ้นมากินอาหารต่อใกล้ๆ อ่าง

Our field staff at Lampang Camp are making a camp site for camping overnight in the forest while they were tracking elephants in Doi Pha Maung Wildlife Sanctuary. ในการออกติดตามช้างในป่า เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามกำลังทำเพิงพักสำหรับพักค้างคืนในตอนกลางคืน

June 2009 Monthly Report

Tracking elephants in June, our field staff found elephants in the main 4 groups. The position of elephants has shown in the picture by Google Earth. Group1: Pang Malai, Pang Boonmee and Seedor Phathorn.Group2: Pang Thongbai and Pang Boonmeenan (their position are out of this map). Group3: Pang Sarah, Pang Phaetchara and Plai Boriboon. Group 4: Pang Boonsom. Our field staff notice that every elephants are healthy.

สรุปการติดตามช้างของมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ประจำเดือน พฤษภาคม 2552 แสดงภาพผลการติดตามโดย Google Earth โดยแสดงพิกัดกลุ่มช้างที่เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามลำปาง ได้ติดตามพบ ซึ่งได้พบกับช้าง 4 กลุ่มคือ 1. พังมาลัย พังบุญมี และสีดอภาธร 2. กลุ่มของพังทองใบ และพังบุญมีน่าน (ซึ่งอยู่นอกเขตพื้นที่ภาพที่เราบันทึกไว้) 3. กลุ่มของพังซาร่า พังพรรษา พังเพชรา และพลายบริบูรณ์ 4 .พังบุญสม ซึ่งช้างทุกตัวมีสุขภาพสมบูรณ์ทุกตัว

Pang Deejai and Pang Noklea were rehabilitated with the happiness in Doi Pha Maung forest too . พังดีใจ และพังนกแล ก็ปรับพฤติกรรมโดยการปล่อยป่าแล้วเช่นกัน ซึ่งเค้าสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพป่าได้เป็นอย่างดี

Pang Morakot and Plai Sukhum are better ,therefore our field staff lead them to live in the forest near staff's Camp. บาดแผลของพังมรกต และพลายสุขุม หายสนิทดีแล้ว ทางมูลนิธิฯ จึงปล่อยให้เค้าได้เดินเที่ยวเล่นอยู่บริเวณใกล้ๆ แคมป์ 1

Pang Namfon is healthy and gain weight, now she lives in the electric fence project 1, Lampang Camp. พังน้ำฝนในรั้วไฟฟ้าโครงการ 1 มีร่างกายอ้วนท้วนสมบูรณ์เช่นกัน

Pang Somjai, our female elephant in Lampang Camp goes down to Mae Yao Reservoir for drinking. พังสมใจลงกินน้ำข้างๆ อ่างเก็บน้ำแม่ยาว แคมป์ 2
