ยังคงติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง

 วันที่ 6-9 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2566 หลังจากมีกลุ่มช้างออกนอกพื้นที่บ่อยครั้งในเขตจังหวัดลำพูนและลำปาง เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ  ไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจ ยังคงเร่งติดตามและเฝ้าระวังในพื้นที่อย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อป้องกันช้างออกนอกพื้นที่

During 6-9 December ,2023, after groups of elephants frequently left the area in Lamphun and Lampang provinces. Foundation field staff continue to speed up tracking and surveillance in the area to prevent elephants from leaving the area.

แม่เปิ้ลพาลูกน้อยมาโชว์ตัว

 วันที่ 9 ธันวาคม 2566 ณ เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา จังหวัดลพบุรี ได้ยินเสียงช้างร้องหลายตัว พบเป็นกลุ่มแม่เปิ้ล และลูกน้อย เดินอยู่แถวบริเวณหน้าด่าน ขสป ซับลังกา มีอากาารร้องและวิ่งใส่เจ้าหน้าที่ คาดว่าน่าจะหวงลูกน้อย

On December 9, 2023 at Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary Lopburi Province, the staff heard the sound of many elephants roar. Found a group of Pang Ple and her baby walking in front of the Sublangka Electric fen gate. The elephants roaring and running at the staffs. It is expected that they are concerned of the little one.

ภาพจากกล้องดักถ่าย

เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้นำกล้องดักถ่ายสัตว์ไปติดตั้งช่วงบริเวณกิโลเมตรที่ 3 และกิโลเมตรที่ 7 กลางป่าซับลังกา ซึ่งเป็นจุดที่ช้างมักเดินผ่าน โดยกล้องได้บันทึกภาพของช้างกลุ่มพังบานเย็นที่มีลูกเล็กๆ อีกจุดได้ภาพพลายฉลาดกำลังเดินผ่านหน้ากล้องไป และยังได้ภาพของเนื้อทรายอีกด้วย  

Camera traps have been installed at km 3 and km 7 in the middle of the Sublangka forest. This is where elephants often pass by. The camera captured images of the Pang Ban Yen group. At another point, we got a picture of Plai Chalard walking in front of the camera. And also got a picture of a hog deer.

ผลักดันกลุ่มแม่นุ่นและพี่ไมตรี

วันที่ 6 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2566 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิจังหวัดลำปาง ได้ผลักดันช้างกลุ่มพังแม่นุ่น ได้แก่ พังนุ่น พังฝ้าย พังคำดีและยังพบพลายไมตรีมารวมกลุ่มด้วย หลังพบช้าง เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จึงได้ผลักดันเข้าสู่ป่าแม่ปอนต่อไป

On December 6, 2023, Lampang field staffs pushed the elephants of the Pang Nhoon group, including Pang Nhoon, Pang Fai, Pang Khamdee, and also found Plai maitri join the group too. After meeting the elephants, the foundation's field staff therefore pushed the elephants into the Mae Pon forest.

ช้างกลุ่ม 3 ตัว

 วันที่ 6 ธันวาคม 2566 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิได้ติดตามช้างในป่าพบพังวาเลนไทน์ พังดอกรัก พังทับเสลา บริเวณหมู่บ้านแม่สะป้วด หลังจากพบได้ผลักดันกลุ่มช้าง ยังบริเวณลำห้วยแม่เกี๋ยง จ.ลำปาง

On December 6, 2023, the Foundation's field staff followed elephants in the forest and found Pang Valentine, Pang Dok Rak, and Pang Thap Salao  in the area of Mae Sapuat village. After being found the staff are pushing the elephant group into the area of Huai Mae Kiang, Lampang Province.

เร่งแกะรอยติดตามช้างกลุ่ม

 วันที่ 2 - 6 ธันวาคม 2566 เป็นเวลา 5 วันแล้วที่เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง เร่งติดตามร่องรอยช้างกลุ่มพังนุ่น ได้แก่ พังนุ่น พังฝ้าย พังคำดี พังปอ พังสุพรรษา และพลายยบรรหาร หลังติดตามพบว่ากลุ่มช้างได้แยกกลุ่มเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มแรก พังนุ่น พังฝ้าย พังคำดี กลุ่มที่ 2 กลุ่มพังสุพรรษาและพลายบรรหาร หลังจากช้างกลุ่มนี้ออกนอกพื้นที่สร้างความเสียหายแก่ประชาชนใกล้เขตพื้นที่รักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่า เพื่อต้องการจะสกัดเส้นทางการเดินทางและผลักดันกลุ่มช้างให้เข้าป่า เพื่อป้องกันช้างออกนอกพื้นที่อีกครั้ง

December 2 - 6, 2023, for 5 days, the Foundation's field staff in Lampang Province has been rushing to follow the tracks of the elephants in the Pang Nhoon group, including Pang Nhoon, Pang Fai, Pang Kham Dee, Pang Por, Pang Suphansa, and Plai Banhan. After following up, it was found that the group of elephants had separated into 2 groups, the first group are Pang Nhoon, Pang Fai, Pang Kham Dee, and the second group are Pang Suphansa and Plai Banharn. After this group of elephants left the area causing damage to people near the wildlife sanctuary. In order to block travel routes and push groups of elephants into the forest and to prevent elephants from leaving the area again.

หนีออกป่า แต่โดนจับได้

คืนวันที่ 3 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลาประมาณ 1:00 น เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ได้รับแจ้งจากชาวบ้านว่าพบช้างออกมานอกพื้นที่ป่า  หลังได้รับเรื่องเจ้าหน้าที่ฯ จึงออกเดินทางไปเฝ้าระวังบริเวณสวนลำไยของชาวบ้าน รอจนสว่างก็ได้เดินทางไปติดตามช้างในป่าตามลำห้วยแม่สะป้วด พบช้างกลุ่มพังดอกรัก, พังวาเลนไทน์และพังทับเสลา ที่บริเวณห้วยปู่ดง เจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้ผลักดันช้างไปไว้บริเวณปางตะเคียน และได้แบ่งกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ชุดเข้าป่าติดตามช้างผลักดันให้ช้างข้ามมาฝั่งลำปาง  เพื่อป้องกันการออกนอกพื้นที่และสร้างความเสียหายแค่ประชาชนรอบพื้นที่ หลังจากพบกลุ่มช้างเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ประเมินว่า ช้างนั้นมีสุขภาพดี แข็งแรง อ้วนท้วนสมบูณ์ 

On the night of December 3, 2023 at approximately 1:00 a.m., the foundation's field staffs  were informed by villagers that they found an elephant outside the forest area. After receiving the matter they set out to monitor the longan orchards of the villagers. Waited until it was light and then traveled to follow the elephants in the forest along Mae Sapuat Creek. Found elephants in the Pang Dok Rak, Pang Valentine and Pang Thap Salao groups at Huai Pu Dong area. The staff then pushed the elephant to  Pangtakhian area and divided the foundation's field staff  went into the forest to follow the elephants and push them to cross to the Lampang side. To prevent leaving the area and causing damage to just the people around the area. After finding a group of elephants that the elephants were healthy.

สีดอสุทัศน์ ออกมาพบปะผู้คน

วันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2566 ช่วงเวลา 15: 20 น. เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีได้ยินเสียงช้างร้องบริเวณหน้าด่านรั้วไฟฟ้า เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา จึงเข้าตรวจสอบพบว่าเป็นสีดอสุทัศน์ ที่กำลังตกมัน เดินมาตามลำพังตัวเดียว สักพักสีดอสุทัศน์จึงเดินกลับเข้าไปในป่า

On November 30, 2023 at 3:20 p.m., the Lopburi Provincial Coordination Officer heard the sound of an elephant in front of the electric fence checkpoint Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary. So he went to inspect and found that it was Sidor Suthat that is in the musth walking alone. After a while, Sidor Suthat walked back into the forest.
