ช้างออกที่จุดเดิม

วันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ และเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าเขตรักษาพันธ์ุสัตว์ป่าซับลังกา ร่วมกันเฝ้าระวังช้างที่บ้านวังเชื่อมจุดที่ออกมาเหยียบท่อน้ำเมื่อวันก่อน ซึ่งช้างได้กลับมาอีกครั้ง จึงช่วยกันผลักดันโดยช้างได้ย้ายไปอีกด้านทางบ้านพิทักษ์ไพร และจากการตรวจสอบความเสียหาย พบว่า มันสำปะหลังของชาวบ้านเสียหายประมาณ 2 งาน

On February 20, 2025, our Lopburi field staff and rangers from the Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary worked together to keep watch on an elephant at Ban Wang Chueam, the spot where it had stepped on a water pipe the day before. The elephant had returned, so they helped push it back, and it had moved to the other side towards Ban Phithak Phrai. An inspection of the damage revealed that approximately 2 ngan of villagers' cassava had been damaged.
