ช่วงเช้าวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 61 ได้รับแจ้งจากชาวบ้านว่ามีช้างออกบริเวณบ้านวังใหญ่ เจ้าหน้าที่ตามไปสำรวจ พบเพียงรอยมากินอ้อยที่ชาวบ้านปลูกไว้ แต่ไม่พบตัวช้าง คาดว่าช้างคงกลับเข้าป่าไปแล้ว

On  October 16, 2018, our Lopburi field staff was informed that elephant went out at Ban Wangyai, so the staff went to survey. They found trails of elephant come to eat sugar cane but did not meet elephants, expected that the elephant already went back to the forest.
