วันที่ 29 ตุลาคม 2561 มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ จ.ลำปาง ดำเนินการขุดลอกสระน้ำบริเวณแม่ป๋อน (แคมป์1) เนื่องจากสระน้ำตื้นเขินและมีตะกอนทับถม
