ช้างออกบ้านถ้ำมงคลชัย

คืนวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2568 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ร่วมกับเครือข่ายเฝ้าระวังช้าง บ้านไทรงาม ได้ช่วยกันออกลาดตระเวน ช่วงบ้านถ้ำหัก ม.8 ต.น้ำร้อน อ.วิเชียรบุรี จ.เพชรบูรณ์ ปรากฎว่าช้างจำนวน 1 ตัวได้ออกที่บ้านถ้ำมงคลชัย ม.6 ต.น้ำร้อน กินมะม่วงและเหยียบต้นข้าวโพดและมันสำปะหลังเสียหายเล็กน้อย และจากรอยพบว่าช้างได้มุ่งหน้าไปทางหน่วยดงตะเคียน

On the night of 26 May 2025, field officers from the foundation, together with the Ban Sai Ngam Elephant Watch Network, went out to patrol the area of Ban Tham Hak, Village No. 8, Nam Ron Subdistrict, Wichian Buri District, Phetchabun Province. It appeared that one elephant had come out to Ban Tham Mongkhon Chai, Village No. 6, Nam Ron Subdistrict, to eat mangoes and stomp on corn and cassava plants, causing minor damage. From the tracks, it was found that the elephant was heading towards the Dong Takhian Unit.
