เฝ้าระวังช้าง

วันที่ 29 ธันวาคม 2563 ระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีแคมป์ตะเคียนโพรง ได้ลาดตระเวณตามแนวป่าติดไร่อ้อยของชาวบ้านด้านบ้านลำพาสถึงบ้านวังใหญ่ ตั้งแต่หัวค่ำจนกระทั่งเวลาประมาณ 22.00 น. ได้รับแจ้งจากชาวบ้านว่ามีช้างออกมากินอ้อยใกล้ๆกับที่ชาวบ้านกำลังสูบน้ำรดต้นอ้อยอยู่ จึงเข้าผลักดันช้างให้เข้าป่า หลังจากนั้นก็ลาดตระเวณไปต่อถึงบ้านลำพาสพบสีดอสุทินกำลังจะกินอ้อย จึงจุดประทัดและต้อนช้างเข้าป่า และเฝ้าระวังอยู่ทางด้านนี้จนถึงรุ่งเช้า
