วันที่ 10 กันยายน 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ผู้รับผิดชอบช้างผูกปรับพฤติกรรม ได้แจ้งว่าช้างสีดออดุลย์ มีด้วงใต้ผิวหนัง ทางมูลนิธิฯ จึงได้ประสานงานกับโรงพยาบาลช้าง ศูนย์อนุรักษ์ช้างไทย จากนั้นคุณหมอโรงพยาบาลช้าง ศูนย์อนุรักษ์ช้างไทย น.สพ.ขจรพัฒน์ บุญประเสริฐ นายสัตวแพทย์ประจำศูนย์อนุรักษ์ช้างไทย จ.ลำปาง มาฉีดยาให้สีดออดุลย์

On September 10, 2024, the foundation's field staff who responsible for Sidor Adul reported that the elephant had larvae under his skin. The foundation then coordinated with the Elephant Hospital, Thai Elephant Conservation Center. Then, the veterinarian from the Elephant Hospital, Thai Elephant Conservation Center, Dr. Khachonphat Boonprasert, a veterinarian from the Thai Elephant Conservation Center, Lampang Province, came to give Sidor Adul an injection.
