ไร่ข้าวโพด

วันที่ 21 มีนาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีได้รับแจ้งจากชาวบ้านหมู่ที่ 4 ต.วังทอง อ.ภักดีชุมพล จ.ชัยภูมิ (บ้านหนองตะเคียน) ว่าช้างได้ทำข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์เสียหายประมาณ 1 งาน โดยช้างได้มาหลายครั้งและได้กินกล้วยน้ำว้าจำนวน 3 กอ นอกจากนี้ช้างได้เดินข้ามถนนหมายเลข 225 ไปไร่ชาวบ้านอีกด้วย โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามวางแผนจะลาดตระเวนและเฝ้าระวังในคืนนี้

On March 21, 2021, the Foundation field staff at Lopburi Province was informed by villagers in Village No. 4, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Phakdee Chumpon District, Chaiyaphum Province (Ban Nong Takian) that the elephants had damaged about 1 crop of maize, which the elephants had come many times and ate the amount of banana. In addition, the elephants walked across road No.225 to the villagers' field as well. The field staff plans to patrol and observe elephant tonight.
