วันที่ 27 เมษายน 2566 เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ภาคสนามลพบุรี ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดแคมป์หนองใหญ่ได้รับแจ้งว่าช้างออกนอกพื้นที่ ช่วงดึกของคืนวันที่ 26 เมษายน 2566 บริเวณบ้านเทพนา จึงขอกำลังเสริมจากเจ้าหน้าที่จากแคมป์ต้นน้ำ และได้จุดลุกบอลตามจุดต่างๆตามแนวขอบไร่ของชาวบ้านและนอนเฝ้าระวังจนเช้า ช้างได้กลับเข้ารั้วไฟฟ้าไม่มีของชาวบ้านเสียหาย .จ.น.ท.มคช. ได้ออกตรวจไปจนถึงบ้านน้ำลาดจ.น.ท.มคช. 6 นาย ได้ถอนกำลังเมื่อเวลาช่วงเช้า
On April 27, 2023, Foundation staff at Lopburi Province ( Nong Yai camp) were informed that the elephants were out of the area. Late on the night of April 26, 2023, in the area of Ban Thepana. Therefore requesting reinforcements from the upstream camp. and ignited the ball at various points along the edge of the villagers' farms and slept and watched until morning. The elephants returned to the electric fence, none of the villagers were damaged. Then 6 staffs withdrew at dawn.
วันที่ 24 เมษายน 2566 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ได้ติดตามสังเกตพลายสุเมธ พบว่าพลายสุเมธมีอาการตกมัน โดยน้ำมันเริ่มไหลใกล้เข้าปากเเล้ว เจ้าหน้าที่จึงได้เข้าเฝ้าระวังอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยปกติอาการช้างตกมันจะเกิดขึ้น เมื่อช้างมีสภาพความพร้อมของร่างกายที่สมบูรณ์
On April 24, 2023, the Foundation's field staff, Lampang Province, followed and observed Plai Sumeth. It was found that Plai Sumeth had an musth condition with the oil starting to flow close to the mouth. Therefore, the staffs have closely monitored. Normally, the musth will occur when an elephant has a state of complete body readiness.
วันที่ 22 เมษายน 2566 มูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ได้ให้อาหารเสริมได้แแก่ หญ้าก้อน และ ต้นกล้วย แก่สีดออดุลย์และพลายสุเมธ ช้างผูกเลี้ยงประจำแคมป์ 2 แม่ยาว บริเวณอ่างเก็บน้ำแม่ยาว
On April 22, 2023, the Lampang Provincial Foundation provided supplementary food, such as dried grass and banana trees, to Sidor Adul and Plai Sumeth. Elephants are tied at Camp 2, Mae Yao, near the Mae Yao Reservoir.
วันที่ 21 เมษายน 2566 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ร่วมกับหน่วยพิทักษ์ป่า ดอยผาเมือง เข้ารดน้ำดำหัวผู้นำชุมชน บริเวณเขตพื้นที่เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าดอยผาเมือง เนื่องในโอกาศวันสงกรานต์ หรือปีใหม่เมือง ตามความเชื่อของชาวภาคเหนือ
On April 21, 2023, Foundation field staff together with the Doi Pha Muang Forest Protection Unit, poured water on the heads of community leaders in the area of Doi Pha Mueang Wildlife Sanctuary on the occasion of Songkran or new year according to the beliefs of the northern people.
วันที่ 19 เมษายน 2566 มูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปาง ได้จัดซื้อหญ้าเป็นอาหารเสริม สำหรับช้างผูกเลี้ยงประจำแคมป์ เนื่องจากเข้าสู่ฤดูร้อนเเล้ว อาหารหายากขึ้น
On April 19, 2023, the Lampang Foundation purchased grass as a food supplement for the elephants tied at the camp. Due to entering the summer food is scarce.
วันที่ 20 เมษายน 2566 เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิคืนช้างฯประจำภาคสนามลพบุรีและ พล.ต.ต.ชูเกียรติ ประทีปะเสน ได้ออกตรวจพื้นที่แนวรั้วไฟระหว่างบ้านหนองใหญ่ และ บ้านน้ำลาดพบมีรอยลวดขาด และ ช่วงก่อนถึงช่องเสือและรั้วไฟฟ้า สุดบ้านน้ำลาด รั้วไฟฟ้าเกิดความเสียหายและอยู่ระหว่างรอดำเนินการซ่อมแซม
On April 20, 2023, the Foundation staffin the Lopburi Province and Pol.Maj.Gen. Chookiat Pradipasen inspected the electric fence area between Ban Nong Yai and Ban Nam Lad, found that there was a broken wire, and before reaching Chong Suea and the electric fence. Ban Nam Lat The electric fence is damaged and pending repairs.

On April 18, 2023, the Foundation staff in Lopburi Province has patrolled and pushed to keep an eye on elephants. Along the way, they met a group of Pang Doremi (around 7 elephants) living in the 8th kilometer area.

วันที่ 9 เมษายน 2566 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้นำเจ้าหน้าที่ทั้งหมด จำนวน 6 นาย เข้าสำรวจแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าซึ่งมีไฟรั่วลงกราวน์ บริเวณ กิโลเมตรที่ 12-14 ระยะทาง 2 กิโลเมตร โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ทำการแก้ไขและซ่อมแซมให้กลับมาใช้งานได้ปกติแล้ว

On April 6, 2023, our field staff at Lopburi Province with the upstream forest protection unit have mowed the electric fence and replaced poles that was broken because Pang Jarunee's group had stepped on them at the side of Pang Kracha area.
