กลุ่มพังพรธิตาออกนอกพื้นที่

วันที่ 18 เมษายน 2568 เวลาประมาณ 19.00 น. เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำที่ทำการเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกาได้รับแจ้งว่ามีช้างหลายตัวร้องอยู่ริมป่าใกล้ไร่ชาวบ้านบ้านวังเชื่อม จึงเข้าตรวจสอบพบว่าเป็นกลุ่มของพังพรธิตา ในวันรุ่งขึ้นได้แกะรอยพบว่าช้างได้เดินขึ้นเขาไปตามสันเขาไปทางหน่วยดงตะเคียนซึ่งอยู่ทางเขารวก ฝั่งวิเชียรบุรี จ.เพชรบูรณ์

On April 18, 2025 at approximately 7:00 p.m., our Lopburi field staff at the Sap Langka Wildlife Sanctuary were notified that several elephants were neighing on the edge of the forest near a farm in Ban Wang Chueam. They went to investigate and found that they were part of Pang Pornthita's group. The next day, they tracked the elephants and found that they had walked up the mountain along the ridge towards the Dong Takhian Unit, which is on the Khao Ruak side of Wichian Buri, Phetchabun Province.
