On March 23, 2024, Elephant Reintroduction Foundation field staff Nong Yai Camp, We were informed that the elephant had come out at Baan Saphan Hin. วันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ แคมป์ต้นน้ำ พบช้างกลุ่มพรชิตาเล่นน้าอยุ่ที่ในบริเวณ ก.ม 3 กลุ่มที่ 2 คือกลุ่มพังโดเรมี จุดที่เจอที่บริเวณตีนเขา ก.ม. ที่ 16 (บ้านสามหลัง) โดยช้างได้วิ่งหนีเจ้าหน้าที่จึงไม่สามารถถ่ายรูปไว้ได้ทัน

On March 20, 2024, our Lopburi Field staff were informed that elephants came out and uprooted the cassava tree and walked passing through the newly planted. As for the owner of the garden, he has not yet come to contact us about the damage. The elephant stepped on the fence posts and broke them in several places. วันที่ 18 มีนาคม 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ แคมป์ต้นน้ำ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้ออกตรวจบ้านเหวนาคำ ไปถึงบ้านนาทุ่งใหญ่ ต.วังทอง อ.ภักดีชุมพล. จ.ชัยภูมิ. ไม่พบช้างลงมา ได้ร่วมกับหน่วยอุทยานไทรทองเฝ้าระวังบริเวณบ่อน้ำเขตบ้านเหวนาคำ เวลาประมาณ 5 ทุ่ม มีชาวบ้านสะพานหินโทรมาแจ้งว่าเจอช้างอยู่แถวบ้านสะพานหินจำนวน1ตัว จึงประสานเจ้าหน้าที่ แคมป์หนองใหญ่ เพื่อเข้าตรวจสอบต่อไป

วันที่ 15 มีนาคม 2567 ช่วงเช้า เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ แคมป์หนองใหญ่ ได้ออกตรวจแนวรั้วเส้นแยกบ้านน้ำลาดไปหาสุดรั้วช่องสนามบิน และตรวจดูรอยช้าง การตรวจแนวรั้วปกติ ไม่มีรอยช้างขึ้นมา ช่วงบ่าย เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ไปเปลี่ยนแผงโซล่าเซลล์ที่บ้านโนนสวรรค์ เส้นแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าพอเพียงลงทิศใต้ที่บรรจบกับแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าถาวรของเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา โดยขณะนี้ไฟใช้ได้ปกติแล้ว
