ถอนกำลังกลับพื้นที่

หลังจากที่ช้างออกนอกพื้นที่แล้วเกิดความเสียหายจากช้างที่ บ.ซับไทรทอง ต. แหลมทอง อ. ภักดีชุมพล จ. ชัยภูมิ เป็น กระท่อมเฝ้าไร่ และถังเก็บน้ำลิตร 200 ลิตร ในวันที่ 1-2 กรกฏาคม 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ลพบุรี ร่วมกับ เจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าหน่วยต้นน้ำลำสนธิจึงได้เข้าเฝ้าระวังช้างให้กับชาวบ้านในพื้นที่ แต่เนื่องจากช่วงที่เฝ้าระวังไม่พบช้างป่าลงมากินพืชไร่ของชาวบ้านอีก  จึงได้ถอนกำลังเจ้าหน้าที่กลับหน่วย 

After the elephants left the area and there was damage from the elephants at Sub Sai Thong Village, Laem Thong Subdistrict, Phakdi Chumphon District, Chaiyaphum Province, there was a farm guard hut. and a 200 liter water tank. On July 1-2, 2024,     our field staff  together with forest rangers from the Lam Sonthi Watershed Unit, went to monitor elephants for villagers in the area. However, during the surveillance period, no more wild elephants were found to come down and eat the villagers' crops. Therefore, field staff  together with forest rangers were returned to the unit.
