คืนวันที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2564 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี เฝ้าระวังพลายฉลาดออกนอกพื้นที่ป่ามายังไร่ของชาวบ้าน โดยผลักดันด้วยการจุดประทัด ซึ่งในตอนรุ่งเช้าเจ้าหน้าที่ได้มาสำรวจร่องรอยและความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น
