พลายฉลาดออกนอกรั้วไฟฟ้า

วันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรี ได้เข้าสำรวจรั้วไฟฟ้าและตัดหญ้าแนวรั้วไฟ บ้านซับใหญ่ อ.ภักดีชุมพล จ.ชัยภุมิ (ปางกะจา) พบรอยช้างคาดว่าเป็นพลายฉลาด ได้เอาไม้พาดสายรั้วไฟ เข้า-ออก ขณะนี้ช้างเข้ารั้วแล้วและไฟใช้ได้ปกติ

On February 20, 2024, our field staff Lopburi Province inspected the electric fence and cut grass along the electric fence line at Ban Sap Yai, Phakdi Chumphon District, Chaiyaphum Province (Pang Kacha). Found elephant tracks, assumed to be Plai Chalard that put a stick across the fence wires to get the electricity in and out. Now the elephant has entered the fence and the electricity works normally.
