รั้วไฟฟ้าชั่วคราว

เมื่อวันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2563 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จ.ลำปางร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยพิทักษ์ป่าแม่เกี๋ยง ช่วยกันสร้างรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียงชั่วคราวที่บริเวณอ่างเก็บน้ำแม่เกี๋ยงเป็นระยะทางประมาณ 250 เมตร เพื่อป้องกันช้างออกนอกพื้นที่ เนื่องจากช่วงนี้เป็นฤดูแล้งจึงทำให้ระดับน้ำในอ่างเก็บน้ำแม่เกี๋ยงลดลง

On March 24,  2020, the Foundation's field staff at Lampang Province together with the staff of Mae Kieng Forest Protection Unit build a temporary sufficiency electric fence at the area of the Mae Kieng reservoir for a distance of 250 meters to prevent elephants go outside the area. Due to the dry season, the water level in the Mae Kieng reservoir has decreased.
