ช้างทำถังน้ำเสียหาย

ช่วงวันที่ 8 และ ที่ 9 กุมภาพันธ์ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามลพบุรีอีกส่วน และเจ้าหน้าที่พิทักษ์ป่าดงตะเคียนได้เข้าเฝ้าระวัง ที่ ต.บ่อรัง อ.วิเชียรบุรี ซึ่งมีช้างมาวนเวียนอยู่ด้านนี้เพื่อหาข้าวโพดที่ชาวบ้านไม่ต้องการแล้วกิน และนอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับแจ้งจากหลวงตาสำนักสงฆ์เขาสามเกลอ ว่าช้างได้ทำประตูไฟฟ้าและถังน้ำ 5000 ลิตร เสียหายอีกด้วยเนื่องจากน้ำในป่าไม่พอเพียงต่อความต้องการ

On 8th and 9th February, another group of Lopburi field officers and Dong Takhian forest rangers went to keep watch at Tambon Bo Rang, Amphoe Wichian Buri, where elephants were circling this area looking for corn that villagers no longer wanted to eat. In addition, they were informed by the monk of Khao Sam Kloe Monastery that elephants had damaged an electric gate and a 5,000 litre water tank because there was not enough water in the forest.
