วันที่ 23 เมษายน 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำแคมป์ 2 แม่ยาว พบช้างกลุ่มหนึ่ง ไม่ทราบจำนวน ลงมาเยี่ยมพลายสุเมธ ช้างที่ผูกปรับพฤติกรรม ที่เเคมป์ 2 หลังจากพบ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ได้เตรียมพร้อมเพื่อเฝ้าระวังต่อไป
