ตรวจและเฝ้าระวังช้าง

วันที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2565 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ได้ออกลาดตระเวนตามแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าแบบพอเพียงด้านเขาพังเหย เนื่องจากมีลมแรง ต้นไม้อาจหักล้มทับสายรั้ว และจากการสำรวจพบว่ามีแหล่งน้ำซับที่อยู่นอกรั้วหลายแห่งซึ่งอาจเป็นแรงจูงใจที่ทำให้ช้างออกนอกพื้นที่ด้วยเช่นกัน

On December 20, 2022, the Foundation's field staff has patrolled along sufficiency electric fence on the side of Pang-hui Mountain due to strong wind, trees may break and fall on the fence line. And surveys have found that there are many water sources outside the fence, which may also be a motive for elephants to leave the area.
