เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ประจำจังหวัดลพบุรีใช้เวลาในช่วงนี้กับการตัดหญ้าตามแนวรั้วด้านทิศตะวันตกของป่าซับลังกาเป็นเวลาหลายวันแล้ว เนื่องจากสภาพพื้นที่เป็นเขาสูงชันและบางวันมีฝนตกหนักอีกด้วย
