ความร่วมมือไร้พรมแดน: elephant conservation without borders

 มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ได้เข้าร่วมงาน การประชุมช้างแห่งชาติ National Elephant Conference ประจำปี 2567 ในวันที่ 26-27 สิงหาคม 2567 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “ความร่วมมือไร้พรมแดน: elephant conservation without borders” คุณศิวะพร ทรรทรานนท์ กรรมการและเลขาธิการมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ได้ร่วมบรรยายในหัวข้อ The story of Tab - Salao : The successful reintroduction of baby elephant into the wild. โดยมี พล.ต.ต.ชูเกียรติ ประทีปะเสน กรรมการและรองเลขาธิการมูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ได้เข้าร่วมงาน ณ สถาบันคชบาลแห่งชาติ ในพระอุปถัมภ์ฯ และมูลนิธิฯ ยังร่วมจัดนิทรรศการในงานด้วย

The Elephant Reintroduction Foundation attended the National Elephant Conference 2024 on August 26-27, 2024 under the theme “Elephant Conservation Without Borders”. Khun Sivaporn Dardarananda, Secretary-General of The Elephant Reintroduction Foundation gave a lecture on the topic of “The Story of Tab - Salao: The Successful Reintroduction of Baby Elephants into the Wild” via Video clip. Pol.Maj.Gen. Chookiat Prathipasen, Vice Secretary General of The Foundation also attended the event at the National Elephant Institute under Royal Patronage. The Foundation also co-organized an exhibition at the event.

อบรมให้ความรู้ชาวบ้าน

มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติร่วมกับอุทยานแห่งชาติภูพาน จ. สกลนคร จัดอบรมชาวบ้านในโครงการประชุมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจและความปลอดภัยแก่ประชาชน ที่อยู่รอบพื้นที่ป่าอนุรักษ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2567 เมื่อวันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2567 อุทยานแห่งชาติภูพาน จ.สกลนคร

Elephant Reintroduction Foundation with Phupan National Park, Sakon Nakhon Province organized a training for villagers in the project to create understanding and safety for people living around the conservation forest area for fiscal year 2024 on August 28, 2024 at Phupan National Park, Sakon Nakhon Province.

แก้ไขแนวรั้วไฟฟ้าบ้านโครกกรวด

28 สิงหาคม เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติภาคสนามลพบุรี ได้สำรวจรั้วและแก้ไขไฟฟ้าของตู้ที่2 ฝั่งของบ้านโครกกรวด ต.ยางสาว อ.วิเชียรบุรี จ.เพชรบูรณ์ เสร็จเรียบร้อย โดยปล่อยไฟได้ปกติ เหลือตู้ที่ 3กำลังแก้ไข

On August 28, our Lopburi field staffs surveyed the fence and fixed the electricity of the second cabinet on the side of Ban Krok Krad, Yang Sao Subdistrict, Wichian Buri District, Phetchabun Province. It is now able to provide electricity normally. The cabinet 3 is being fixed.

ทำความสะอาดแคมป์

วันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ จังหวัดลำปาง ได้ทำความสะอาดแคมป์ที่พัก เนื่องจากมีฝนตกชุกทำให้หญ้าขึ้นเป็นจำนวนมาก

On August 28, 2024, the foundation's field staff at Lampang cleaned and tidy up the campsite because a lot of grass to grow.

ติดตามช้างประจำเดือนสิงหาคม ครั้งที่ 4

 วันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ ติดตามช้างปล่อยอิสระในพื้นที่เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าดอยผาเมือง พบร่องรอยของช้าง แต่ไม่ทราบว่าเป็นร่องรอยของช้างตัวใด

On August 23, 2024, our Lampang field staffs tracked elephants in the Doi Pha Muang Wildlife Sanctuary and found traces of elephants, but it is not known which elephant they belonged to.

เฝ้าติดตามช้างบริเวณศูนย์วิจัยฯ

 เมื่อวันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามมูลนิธิฯ เข้าเฝ้าติดตามโดยได้นอนค้างคืน บริเวณใกล้จุดที่พบช้างออกนอกพื้นที่ เพื่อเฝ้าป้องกัน สกัดกั้นกลุ่มช้างป้องกันการออกนอกพื้นที่

On August 20, 2024, our Lampang field staffs monitored the area and stayed overnight near the spot where the elephants were found leaving the area.

ฉลาดนำไม้ล้มทับแนวรั้วไฟฟ้า

วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกา ได้แจ้งว่าพบร่องรอยรั้วไฟฟ้าขาดอันเนื่องมาจากช้างล้มต้นไม้มาพาดทับแนวสายไฟรั้วไฟฟ้า เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าซับลังกาจึงได้ทำการแก้ไขแนวรั้วดังกล่าวให้กลับมาใช้งานได้ปกติ 

On August 26, 2024, officials from the Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary reported finding traces of a broken electric fence caused by an elephant breaking down a tree and placing it on the electric fence wires. Sublangka Wildlife Sanctuary therefore repaired the fence and returned it to normal use.

พลายฉลาดแวะกินกล้วย

วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 67 เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติ ได้รับแจ้งจากชาวบ้านวังเชื่อม ว่าพบร่องรอยช้างออกบริเวณไร่มันสำปะหลังลุงฉาบ และมีต้นกล้วยได้รับความเสียหาย โดยจากการสำรวจพบรอยเท้าช้างจำนวน 1 ตัว  คาดว่าจะเป็นพลายฉลาด  โดยรอยช้างได้เดินกลับเข้าป่าไปแล้ว 

 

ตรวจเส้นแนวรั้วไฟฟ้า เทพนา

วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2567 เจ้าหน้าที่มูลนิธิคืนช้างสู่ธรรมชาติภาคสนามลพบุรีประจำแคมป์หนองใหญ่ ได้ออกตรวจแนวรั้ว เส้นบ้านเทพนาไปถึงสุดรั้ว ช่วงช่องสนามบิน มีรอยช้างออกช่วงฝนตก ช้างได้ดึงลวดขาดช่วงใกล้สุดรั้ว แล้วกลับไปพังรั้วเข้าที่ช่องตะเคียน เจ้าหน้าที่ได้ซ่อมรั้วแก้ไขปล่อยไฟปกติแล้ว

On August 26, 2024, our field staffs at Nong Yai Camp went to inspect the fence from Ban Thepna to the end of the fence at the airport channel. There were elephant tracks during the rain. The elephant pulled the wire and broke near the end of the fence, then went back to break the fence at the Takhian channel. The staff have repaired the fence and put electricity work back in as normal.
